Eric holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the Sloan School at MIT.
Formerly the SVP for Kastle Systems and National Consultant at IKON Solutions and FedEx, Darren brings an experienced, polished focus on building outstanding relationships with clients and partners at the executive-level. Darren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from York College of Pennsylvania.

Since 1984, Mark has led international communications research consultancies to help Fortune 1000 clients make better marketing, communications, and business decisions. Mark is a member of the Arthur Page Society and a Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations from whom he won the Jack Felton Medal for Lifetime Achievement in 2018. He is the author of two best-selling books focused on communications technology, data, and insights.

Joining the team in 2019, Karl brings 15 years of experience leading teams at Ulster Bank, Hewlett Packard, and Workhuman. He has helped to build out the Dublin team and establish our Cavan office and is working to grow PublicRelay’s presence in Ireland and more broadly in Europe.

Mark Parise is a CEO Partner with Tritium Partners, heading an investment platform focusing on growing data and analytics companies and lending his extensive leadership experience to portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Tritium Partners, Mark was the CEO of First Advantage, a global leader in background-screening and compliance services. Prior to First Advantage, he was President of IRI, a global information and market research firm. At both organizations he substantially grew the revenue of each business during his tenure while driving even greater EBITDA growth.
Mark also served as President of Experian Marketing Services, where he led consumer-marketing information, technology, and analytics. As a Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank he was a founding executive of Chase Automotive Finance and developed the concept and technology that would eventually become DealerTrack, one of the largest information systems for auto dealerships.
Mark received his BS in Management from Quincy University.
Matt Bowman is a Managing Partner of Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and assisting portfolio companies with organic and acquisition growth strategies.
Prior to joining Tritium Partners, Matt was an investment professional at the Pritzker Group in Chicago and at Austin Ventures where he actively invested across all of Tritium’s core investment sectors. At Austin Ventures, Matt was on the Growth Equity team for over nine years.
Matt started his career as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets and MHT Partners (now Cowen Inc.) focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions in the services and technology sectors. He received his BS in Accounting with High Honors from Brigham Young University.
David Lack is a Managing Partner of Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring several of Tritium Partners’ portfolio companies.
Prior to co-founding Tritium Partners, David was a Partner at Austin Ventures where he spent 11 years helping to launch and build the Growth Equity practice.
Previously, David was a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he spent seven years in the Chicago Office. His primary focus was in the Retail and Consumer client practice. Prior to BCG, David was a consultant at Alliance Consulting Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
David has supported the Anti-Defamation League in their efforts to launch tolerance programs in the Austin business community.
David received his BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from the Harvard Business School.
James Maxfield is a Partner of Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring Tritium’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Tritium, James spent four years at Fortress Investment Group as a Vice President in their private equity division helping to acquire, grow and exit companies in the financials services, transportation, and health services industries.
Prior to Fortress, James worked at Mistral Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on consumer and media investments, and Trian Partners, where he focused on public and private investments in the consumer, retail, media, financial services and industrial sectors.
Previously, James worked as an investment banker at Citigroup where he worked on various M&A and capital market initiatives.
James holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College, and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt Anchin is an award-winning communications and marketing executive with more than two decades of experience leading strategic programs for iconic institutions including IBM, American Express, Nielsen, and Consumer Reports. Over the course of his career, Matt has helped organizations address a wide range of complex communications needs, building their brands, protecting their reputations, and driving their strategic priorities forward.
Matt is a frequent public speaker on cutting-edge approaches to communications and leadership. He is a member of the Page Society, the world’s leading professional association for senior public relations and corporate communications executives and educators, was named to PR Week’s 40 Under 40, and has won numerous industry awards for content marketing and strategic communications programs. Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from American University.
Kevin Winston is a communications strategist with experience across the technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer sectors. Most recently, Kevin was head of communications for Roche’s business unit focused on combining data analytics and AI with disease biology to target therapies for patients with cancer, neurological disorders and eye disease. Kevin spent over 20 years in Silicon Valley leading communications programs for companies across the semiconductor, data storage, computer peripherals and social media sectors including Applied Materials, NetApp, HP and Facebook.
Over his 30 year career, Kevin has worked throughout Europe and Asia and led product launches in China and Singapore and led M&A communications in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to his time in Silicon Valley, Kevin worked in Olympic marketing at the Coca-Cola Company and as a press secretary in the United States Senate and for the Clinton Administration in Washington, D.C.
He holds a BA in Foreign Policy from Lewis & Clark College and is completing his Master of Liberal Arts & Science at Stanford University.
Graeme Harris is a communications strategist advising select clients on thought leadership, and profile building and image management. He is a former vice President at Manulife (parent company of John Hancock insurance), where he was responsible for CEO communications, media relations, issue management, and crisis communications.
Over his 30-years career he has held senior communications roles at UBS, AG, RBC, and BMO.
While based in Paris and Kiev, he acted as an international liaison for multinational companies entering the former Soviet Union in the early 1900s, and a media advisor for UNESCO.
Brad Kain founded Quoin with Jean Pierre LeJacq in 1994 and continues to lead the firm as President. As a trusted advisor for PublicRelay, he applies over thirty years of experience as a technologist to the company’s collaboration with industry and academia. Brad holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University.
